Hiii!
How are you guys doing? I'm fine! Although I've been studying a lot, as always, everything is ok. I don't have much news, except that I begun fighting Aikido. It is a martial art with a very strong philosophy: they prey that in whatever situation of stress you might be, you should remain calm in order to control the situation. So whenever you face an aggressive situation (not only if someone attacks you physically, but also in an argument), you're not supposed to face it with aggression, but calmly conduct the situation so that you get the result you want. That means, in a fight, you never use your strengh agains the opponent: you use they're strengh against themselves, leading them "gently" to the floor without any physical effort. In an argument, you should remain calm, instead of fighting, so that you convince the person to agree with you.
I like it a lot not only because of their beliefs, but also because it is a martial art perfect for people who don't have much physical strengh, and it is also good for the ones who have problems with they're backs, like me = b Besides, it is easier to perform Aikido's technics if you're short huahuahua! It is also good for personal defense, and as everyone knows, that's something that might be helpful in a dangerous city as São Paulo =/ Plus, my boyfriend started practicing too, which is an extra push =]
Here's a short video of two guys fighting Aikido:

Aikido is a non-agressive martial art, so actually that are no competitions, for you never attack anyone: you just defend yourself. So if two people would try to compete, they'd both stay still, do nothing, and wait for the other to attack! XD
So, this is it for today. I'm planning to make an original template for my blog, whenever I have the time and the patience (so, never! Hahaha)
Babai!
